InShot Charged After Free Trial: Cancel and Refund
Workaround available iOS, Android Updated October 21, 2026
Quick answer
InShot billing goes through Apple or Google, so you cancel and request refunds there, not in the app. Cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
Most likely fix: Cancel on iPhone.
Symptoms
A yearly InShot Pro charge appears after (or during) the free trial, or the subscription keeps renewing after you deleted the app.
Why it happens
- Free trial converts to the yearly plan automatically
- Deleting the app doesn't cancel the subscription
- Trial cancelled less than 24 hours before renewal
How to fix it
