How to fix it

1. Fix the connection
- Turn off VPN/proxy
- Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data
- Fully close and reopen Picsart
2. Use your original sign-in method
- Try Continue with Google, Facebook or Apple if that's how you created the account
3. Reset your password
- Tap Forgot password on the login screen
- Look for an email from no-reply@picsart.com, including the spam folder
- Open the link and set a new password
4. Update and clear cache
- Update Picsart
- Android: Settings > Apps > Picsart > Storage > Clear cache
5. Contact support
