Pricing Issues Reported by Users
VN Pro not showing after purchase
A few users paid for VN Pro or premium effects and then saw no subscription on their account, or the paid effects didn't appear in the exported video. Purchases are tied to the store account and VN account, and the only support path is in-app feedback or email.
VN is free, but AI tools now cost credits
The editor itself and 4K export stay free, but the App Store now lists VN Pro purchases ($7.99 and $69.99) and credit packs from $1 for 100 credits. Newer features like AI Avatar show an estimated credit cost before generating, so the AI side is pay-per-use rather than included.
