Evernote Refund Request
Ongoing Web, iOS, Android Updated October 21, 2026
Quick answer
After cancelling, you can request a refund for your last payment via the 'Need help?' button next to Billing history or Evernote's contact form. Requests outside the refund policy are denied, so ask right after an unwanted renewal.
Most likely fix: Use the Need help? button.
Symptoms
Charged for a renewal you didn't expect and can't find how to get the money back.
