Make Webhook 'Queue Is Full' or 410 Gone Error

Workaround available Web Updated October 21, 2026

Quick answer

Make returns 400 'Queue is full' when a webhook's queue hits its plan limit (667 items per 10,000 monthly credits, max 10,000) and 410 Gone when a webhook has had no scenario attached for over 5 days. Clear the queue and turn the scenario on, or reattach the webhook.

Most likely fix: Process or clear the queue.

Symptoms

The sending service reports HTTP 400 with 'Queue is full' or HTTP 410 Gone; webhook data never reaches the scenario.

Why it happens

  • Scenario turned off or out of credits while data keeps arriving
  • Scheduled scenario processing only a few items per run (default 2)
  • Queue limit tied to your plan's credit volume
  • Webhook not assigned to any scenario for more than 120 hours

How to fix it

Try these in order — the most common fix is first.

  1. 1. Process or clear the queue

    1. Go to Webhooks and open the webhook
    2. Open the Queue tab
    3. Turn the scenario on so it processes the backlog, or delete stale items
  2. 2. Process more items per run

    1. For a scheduled webhook, open the trigger settings
    2. Raise 'Maximum number of results'
    3. Or switch scheduling to 'Immediately'
  3. 3. Reactivate a 410 webhook

    1. Attach the webhook to an active scenario
    2. Turn the scenario on
    3. If it stays inactive, create a new webhook and update the URL in the sender
  4. 4. Raise the queue limit

    1. Check whether credits are exhausted under Organization > Subscription
    2. Buy extra credits or move to a higher credit tier

This guide also covers

  • make webhook queue is full
  • make webhook 410 gone
  • make webhook 400 error
  • make webhook deactivated
