How to fix it

Try these in order — the most common fix is first.

  1. 1. Switch to a different server

    1. Disconnect
    2. Search for the country in the app and pick a specific server number instead of Quick Connect
    3. Reconnect and reload Netflix; repeat with another server if needed

    1. Updates roll out gradually, so download the newest version directly from nordvpn.com
    2. Install and reconnect

  3. 3. Clear cookies and cache

    1. In your browser, clear cookies and cached data for netflix.com under Privacy and Security
    2. On mobile or TV, clear the Netflix app cache or reinstall it
