How to fix it

    1. Open the Creative Cloud app > profile icon
    2. Make sure it's the account that previously used XD
    3. Sign out and back in if not

  2. 2. Wait for provisioning

    1. After a new purchase or plan change, wait 24 hours (up to 72)
    2. Restart the Creative Cloud app

  3. 3. Find it on adobe.com

    1. Sign in at adobe.com
    2. Scroll to the bottom of the apps page to 'More apps from Adobe' and install XD from there

  4. 4. Reinstall Creative Cloud

    1. Run the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool
    2. Reinstall the Creative Cloud desktop app and sign in
    3. Install XD through the app; don't copy the XD app folder from another computer

  5. 5. Contact Adobe support or move on
