How to Cancel KineMaster Subscription and Get a Refund

Symptoms

Charged for a renewal or after a trial, or still being billed after deleting the app.

Why it happens

• Auto-renewing subscription not cancelled in the store
• App uninstalled without cancelling

How to fix it

Try these in order — the most common fix is first.

1. 1. Cancel on Android

   1. Open Google Play > profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
   2. Select KineMaster > Cancel subscription
   3. Premium stays active until the paid period ends

2. 2. Cancel on iPhone/iPad

   1. Settings > your name > Subscriptions > KineMaster > Cancel Subscription

3. 3. Request a refund on Android

   1. Within 48 hours of the charge, request it on Google Play's refund page
   2. After 48 hours, email KineMaster support explaining why; they decide if it qualifies

4. 4. Request a refund on iOS

   1. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and choose the KineMaster charge
