Filmora Not Recognizing MP4 Files
Workaround available Windows Updated October 21, 2026
Quick answer
On Windows 11, Filmora's Videos library shortcut can appear empty even though your MP4s are there. Browse to C:\Users\<you>\Videos directly instead of using the shortcut.
Most likely fix: Browse to the real folder path.
Symptoms
