Lattice Not Sending Email Notifications

Workaround available Email Updated October 21, 2026

Quick answer

Lattice stops emailing you if you ever unsubscribed or marked a Lattice email as spam, if your notification settings are off, or if your address hard-bounced. Customer Care can re-subscribe a suppressed address; if nobody in the company gets emails, IT needs to allowlist Lattice's sender.

Most likely fix: Check your notification preferences.

Symptoms

No review, 1:1 or survey emails arrive, or a new hire never gets the Lattice invitation.

Why it happens

  • You unsubscribed or marked a Lattice (even marketing) email as spam
  • Personal email notifications turned off
  • Address hard-bounced, e.g. new hire invited before their mailbox existed
  • Company spam filter blocking Lattice mail
  • User not invited yet

How to fix it

Try these in order — the most common fix is first.

  1. 1. Check your notification preferences

    1. Open your Lattice notification settings and turn email notifications back on
  2. 2. Search spam and junk

    1. Search your mailbox, including junk/spam, for mail from mg.latticehq.com
    2. Mark it as not spam
  3. 3. Get your address re-subscribed

    1. Contact Customer Care via the Help bubble or email
    2. Ask them to check whether your address is unsubscribed or suppressed and re-subscribe it
  4. 4. Fix company-wide delivery (admins/IT)

    1. Confirm organization-level notification settings
    2. Allowlist Lattice's sender in your email filter
    3. Invite new hires on their start date, after their company email exists
  5. 5. Test delivery

    1. Lattice has no test-email button; launch a survey or review cycle with only yourself as participant to trigger a notification
