Monday.com Mirror Column Not Showing Data

Why it happens

  • Mirroring a mirror column (not supported)
  • No permission to the connected board
  • Values not loaded until the origin board is opened

How to fix it

Try these in order — the most common fix is first.

  1. 1. Mirror the original column

    1. Point the mirror at the real column on the source board, not at another mirror
    2. Two boards can both mirror the same column on a third board

  2. 2. Check board permissions

    1. Make sure every viewer has access to all connected boards

  3. 3. Open the source board to load values

    1. Visit the linked board once so values populate (known behavior)

  4. 4. Rebuild a suspect column

    1. Create a new column of the same type on the source board, copy values and repoint the mirror
