How to fix it
Try these in order — the most common fix is first.
1. Check the Sync Queue
- Open the Trello app > Account tab > Sync Queue
- Remove a stuck item so later changes can sync (copy its content first)
2. Force a sync
- Open the board menu and use the sync option
- Leave the board and reopen it
3. Update the app
- Install the latest Trello version from the App Store or Google Play
4. Log out and back in
- Account tab > Log out, then sign in again
5. Reinstall the app
- Only after checking the Sync Queue is empty — unsent changes are lost on reinstall
6. Compare with the web version
- Open the board in Safari/Chrome on the same phone to confirm whether data is on the server
