Can't Cancel VSCO Membership

Ongoing iOS, Android, Web Updated October 21, 2026

Quick answer

VSCO can't cancel for you — cancel where you paid: iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions, Google Play > Payments & subscriptions, or vsco.co > Account > Subscription > Manage Billing (Stripe). Deleting the app or account does not cancel it.

Most likely fix: Cancel on iPhone/iPad.

Symptoms

No cancel button inside the VSCO app, you keep being charged after deleting the app or account, or a trial converted to a paid year.

Why it happens

  • Subscriptions are managed by Apple, Google or Stripe, not inside the app
  • Deleting the VSCO app or account does not cancel the membership
  • Apple and Google may renew up to 24 hours before a trial ends

How to fix it

Try these in order — the most common fix is first.

  1. 1. Cancel on iPhone/iPad

    1. Open Settings and tap your Apple ID at the top
    2. Tap Subscriptions > VSCO
    3. Tap Cancel Subscription
  2. 2. Cancel on Android

    1. Open Google Play
    2. Tap your profile > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
    3. Select VSCO and tap Cancel subscription
  3. 3. Cancel a web (vsco.co) subscription

    1. Sign in at vsco.co and open Account > Subscription
    2. Click Manage Billing to open the Stripe portal
    3. Enter your email, open the login link Stripe sends (check spam)
    4. Cancel and save the confirmation
  4. 4. Request a refund

    1. App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com
    2. Google Play: request in Payments & subscriptions
    3. VSCO One only: use Request Refund on the vsco.co Subscription page within 30 days (voided if you downloaded the Film Presets)
