Can't Log In to VSCO

Workaround available iOS, Android, Web Updated October 21, 2026

Quick answer

Most VSCO login problems come from signing in with a different method than you signed up with, or losing access to the original email/phone. Try every sign-in method, check spam for verification emails, and use Support's Account Recovery form if needed.

Most likely fix: Use the original sign-in method.

Symptoms

Wrong password, no verification email, VSCO asks you to create a new username, or your old phone number/email no longer works.

Why it happens

  • Signing in with a different method (Apple/Google/email/phone) creates or opens a different account
  • Lost access to the email or phone number on the account
  • Verification emails going to spam
  • Old Android app versions had a login bug (fixed in 480.1)

How to fix it

Try these in order — the most common fix is first.

  1. 1. Use the original sign-in method

    1. Log out and try each method you might have used: Apple, Google, Facebook, email, phone
    2. If VSCO asks you to pick a new username, that's a new account — go back
  2. 2. Change login details from a device that's still signed in

    1. Open VSCO on an old phone or browser where you're logged in
    2. Update your email in profile settings, then reset your password
  3. 3. Recover the account through Support

    1. Check your spam folder for verification emails first
    2. Start a chat with VSCO Support and ask for the Account Recovery form
    3. Phone-based accounts may need a government or school ID
