2. Try again later
- Activation server problems have happened before; wait and retry with a stable connection
3. Reinstall the matching edition
- Uninstall, download the installer for your exact version from Member Zone or the purchase email, reinstall and activate
4. Ask support to reset activations
- If the key is 'used too many times', contact CyberLink customer service with proof of purchase for a renewed key
