How to Cancel PowerDirector Subscription

Symptoms

You were charged for a renewal, or can't find a cancel button inside the app.

Why it happens

• Subscriptions auto-renew by default
• Mobile subscriptions are billed by Apple/Google, not CyberLink
• 7-day mobile trial converts to a yearly plan

How to fix it

Try these in order — the most common fix is first.

1. 1. Cancel a CyberLink website subscription

   1. Sign in to CyberLink Member Zone
   2. Go to Plans & Products and find the subscription
   3. Click Manage Plan > Cancel Subscription

2. 2. Cancel on Android

   1. Open Google Play and check the right Google account
   2. Menu > Subscriptions > PowerDirector > Cancel

3. 3. Cancel on iPhone

   1. Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > PowerDirector > Cancel Subscription
   2. Do it 24+ hours before renewal; the current period can't be cancelled mid-way
