CyberLink refunds website purchases within 30 days via Member Zone > My Order > Request a Refund, but using any AI credit in the order makes it non-refundable. App Store purchases go through Apple; Google Play within 48 hours through Google.

How to fix it
Try these in order — the most common fix is first.
1. Request on CyberLink's site
- Sign in to Member Zone > My Order
- Select the order > Actions > Request a Refund
2. Google Play purchases
- Within 48 hours: request in Google Play
- After 48 hours (up to 30 days): in the app go to Settings > Send Feedback with your Google email and order number
3. App Store purchases
- Request the refund from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com; CyberLink can't refund these
4. Avoid voiding eligibility
- Don't use AI credits until you're sure you'll keep the purchase
