VN Not Importing Videos

How to fix it
Try these in order — the most common fix is first.
1. Allow full media access
- iPhone: Settings > VN > Photos > Full Access
- Android: Settings > Apps > VN > Permissions > allow photos and videos
2. Copy clips to the device first
- Download iCloud/Google Photos clips or copy files from the external drive to internal storage
- Import from the gallery again
3. Restart and update
- Close VN, restart the phone and update the app
4. Delete empty projects
- Remove any empty projects created by failed imports from the home screen
