Keeper Autofill Not Working on Android

How to fix it

Try these in order — the most common fix is first.

  1. 1. Set Keeper as the preferred autofill service

    1. Open Keeper > Settings and toggle KeeperFill on
    2. Tap Set Up > Open Autofill Settings
    3. Select Keeper as 'Preferred service for passwords, passkeys & autofill'
    4. Don't add Keeper only as an 'Additional' service

  2. 2. Enable third-party autofill in Chrome

    1. In Chrome settings choose 'Autofill using another service'
    2. Restart Chrome

  3. 3. Toggle KeeperFill off and on

    1. Open Keeper > Settings
    2. Disable KeeperFill, then enable it again

  4. 4. Trigger suggestions manually

    1. Tap directly in the username or password field
    2. In Chrome, long-press the field and choose Autofill
    3. Close and reopen the app or page if Keeper doesn't appear

  5. 5. Update or switch your keyboard

    1. Update your keyboard app in the Google Play Store
    2. Temporarily switch to another keyboard to see if the problem follows the keyboard

  6. 6. Copy-paste for stubborn apps

    1. Open the Keeper app, copy the username and password and paste them in
    2. Report the app to Keeper support so they can improve detection
