How to Cancel Keeper Subscription

Why it happens

  • Plans auto-renew yearly by default
  • Subscription billed through a different channel (Apple, Google, web)
  • Business plans have no self-service cancel

How to fix it

Try these in order — the most common fix is first.

  1. 1. Cancel an App Store subscription

    1. Open iOS Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions
    2. Select Keeper and tap Cancel Subscription

  2. 2. Cancel a Google Play subscription

    1. Open Google Play > profile icon > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions
    2. Select Keeper and tap Cancel

  3. 3. Cancel a web purchase

    1. Log in to the Keeper Web Vault and open the subscription settings in your account menu
    2. Turn off auto-renewal
    3. If no cancel option appears, contact Keeper support via the support form or chat and ask for written confirmation

  4. 4. Cancel a business plan

    1. Email Keeper's customer success team with your account name, billing details and a clear request to cancel and disable auto-renewal
    2. Keep the email confirmation; access continues until the paid period ends

  5. 5. Export your vault first

    1. Before the plan expires, go to Settings > Export and save a CSV, JSON or encrypted .kdbx copy
